Regional Workshops and Focus Groups.
Focus groups of leaders from various organizations work with CanDoSpirit Network, to identify and examine particular issues and areas of development in their own region.  CanDoSpirit Network, may facilitate workshops or send specialists into a region to assist.

The Ward Consultation.
Over 2-3 days, in a 3-year series on the same topic, an issue of contemporary concern is explored ‘with an eye to the future.’ The Ward Consultation is, in effect, the research and development division of CanDoSpirit Network,. Each Series draws leaders from various organizations, countries and cultures for professionally facilitated conversation in the first year, action planning and skill building in the second year, and the sharing of stories of implementation in the third year. Each year one or more specialists in the field facilitate the event.
